Arhatic Yoga or the 'Yoga of Synthesis' is an advanced set of spiritual practices.
It is a system to rapidly & safely accelerate the development of the practitioner.
Arhatic is derived from the word 'Arhat' which is a Pali Term, which literally means
"He who is Worthy" or "He who is worthy of Praise.” The word "yoga" is from the
Sanskrit root "yug" which means to yoke or unite. Yoga is thus the term given to
any technique that culminates in uniting us with the divine.
There are many paths of yoga, Bhakti yoga – the yoga of love and devotion, Karma
yoga brings oneness with your soul through service. Jnaana yoga aims at union through
knowledge, and then there are Raja yoga, Kundalini Yoga and many others.
GMCKS has successfully combined the essence of all these methods of yoga to form
one of the fastest and most powerful methods for spiritual development and evolution
– Arhatic Yoga.
Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, created Arhatic Yoga to enable people of various formal
religious beliefs or philosophies, to have access to inner teachings that make it
easier for them to pursue spiritual development while at the same time maintaining
a 'normal' life.
Arhatic Yoga is further distinguished by its multi-leveled approach and its focus
on purification, character-building and service. All Arhatic Yoga practitioners
begin at the "Preparatory Level," where they learn the basics of spiritual development,
as well as the fundamental meditations and breathing exercises, or pranayama, .
This prepares their physical and energy bodies ready for the great amounts of energy
that their practice will generate at the higher levels of Arhatic. But first, they
must build a clean and strong energetic base at the Preparatory Level.
